Fantastische Erfahrung: After a terrible experience with Fahrschule Südstern, I switched to Asphalt Profi, and I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, I regained my self-confidence. Their mobile app made everything so convenient—from booking lessons and making payments to accessing important documents. The team at Asphalt Profi is transparent, accommodating, supportive, and offers lessons in English. While they may be more expensive than some other driving schools, it is worth it, especially given their luxurious, modern, and comfortable cars.

He helped me gain confidence and be super prepared for the practical exam along with self study which also helps a lot. Negative Erfahrung: Long story short: It was a total scam. I had to change my driving school due to poor communication and being denied the chance to take the exam simply because I didn’t know German. They barely communicated with me. My driving exam was canceled 3 times, and they never explained why or offered any alternatives. I was constantly left in the dark, having to chase them for answers. They made me wait for a driving exam for eight months, only to take it away because I didn’t know German 3 days before the exam. I can only describe this as discrimination—again, without offering any alternatives. They had told me I was in the queue for the exam, but when I followed up two months later, they admitted they had forgotten and only then put me on the list. You can definitely find a much better place than this one + cheaper. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can't recommend this driving school enough! The staff are attentive, skilled, and very professional. They offer a good selection of cars and bikes, and what's more—they provide lessons and support in English. Thanks to their excellent training, I was able to pass both my category A and B practical exams on the first try. Make sure to follow the trainers' advice and take the suggested number of lessons for the best results. A special shoutout to their realistic simulator, which is perfect for beginners to practice safely after completing the theory exam, before stepping into a real vehicle. Fantastische Erfahrung: Highly Recommend Asphalt Profis! I had an awesome experience with Asphalt Profis! All the instructors are super friendly and really know their stuff. They're definitely "German" in how they teach—straight to the point, no beating around the bush. So once you understand that and see is nothing personal, will be easier for your learning experience. I took car lessons with Niko and motorcycle lessons with Quintus, and both were great. The booking system is super easy to use, and the office staff is really nice and efficient. They made everything go smoothly, which I really appreciated.

All the administrative stuff was masterfully handled by Susan and Anke (thank you both for making life so easy for us non-germans). I was paired with Johannes Bussek as driving instructor, which in hindsight I am deeply grateful for. Above anything I would highlight his extremely consistent communication style, which helps you a student quickly catch up on the important stuff and swiftly gain trust on the road. He is the main reason I could pass my practical exam on the first try in Germany. It doens't hurt that he is a funny guy, too... Fantastische Erfahrung: I strongly recommend this driving school for anyone looking to get their license in Berlin! :) I began my journey in August 2023 with my first theory lesson and successfully passed my practical driving exam at the end of July 2024. From my initial visit, Anke was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and providing accurate estimates for both time and cost. Throughout the entire process, Anke was always prompt in responding to emails and offering support. Thank you, Anke! Fantastische Erfahrung: I passed the test two weeks ago! Before that, I was in another driving school, which had to shut down, so then I moved to this one. Despite the additional costs of switching schools, this "new" school was much more professional and prepared me much better for the driving test. I was an Umschreiber and took initially 3 lessons and then more 2 lessons right before the test. The only disadvantage was the 2 months in between these periods, due to the difficulty of finding an appointment for the test. My instructor was Andre, a very calm and competent guy. I learned a lot and enjoyed the lessons. It also helped me to watch a lot of videos in youtube, especially for preparing me for the situations in which I was feeling unsafe and for the technical questions.

Positive Erfahrung: Professional instructors determined to produce professional drivers! You don’t know German? Don’t worry, in Asphalt, Atleast most of them speak English! Thank you Anke and Susann! You worked tirelessly to make all bookings seem simple and easy right from practical lessons to Dekra appointments! I didn’t have any idea about driving when I took a decision to start my driving lessons at Asphalt driving school, but the instructors have the expertise to help you get the concept right from the basics! Mr.Mathias was my instructor, he is such a professional and patient at the same time I remember I did give him quite a hard time during the entire time! 4 stars because it’s a bit at a costly side but worth the hype!

I had the opportunity to start with theory and then take a break before moving on to practical lessons. Anke was an absolute gem, always ready to assist in the process and with scheduling classes, showing a level of patience and kindness worthy of sainthood. For the practical part, I was paired with Johannes. His teaching method is as motivational and precise as a referee's eye in a football match. He doesn’t let a single mistake slide by, which, surprisingly, helps with quick memorization and accelerates learning. He knows many good tricks. Plus, he was super cool, and I truly had great times with him. Despite the well-known fact that there's a 30% failure rate for driving tests in Germany, I managed to pass both theory and practical exams on the first try. I'm convinced that this wouldn’t have been possible without Johannes lessons. The laws in Argentina may be similar, but for me, it was a complete process of unlearning and relearning. It’s like swapping asado for currywurst, but at the end of the day, it’s all about adapting and learning. Thanks to the whole team for this unique experience!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best school you could choose. I had to change my previous driving license to a German one, including doing a theoretical exam, driving sessions and practical exam. This school walked me through the whole process and I got my German license in a month and half !!! Very professional, kind and careful team.

Negative Erfahrung: In the end, I spent a lot of time and money for nothing. Everything I learned for the theory test was from the app. The theory class itself was many weeks long and completely unnecessary and expensive. The driving lessons too were a total waste of time and money. Nothing was taught. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately turned around on me, as though I were the problem. And I paid for that.

My instructor Stephan Stodnick is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also patient, calm and supportive which is perfect for someone like me who is a bit nervous about learning to drive. What truly stood out for me is the flexibility in scheduling lessons. I mainly prefer mornings or evenings and I could finally book as many lessons with Stephan per week as I need and when I have time. I passed my exam from the first time. Johannes, my English speaking driving-instructor, made sure I was fully prepared for the exam. Fantastische Erfahrung: I wish I could give a 1 star review so people would see this advice. This school is really top! But getting a drivers license in Berlin is hell. Be prepared for that! Despite having 10 years driving experience I failed 3 times, passed on 4th, probably just by luck. My permission to take the exam expired once, causing delays. It took 2 years the whole process and cost twice as much as I expected. But the school was great! Despite the tension, they were always polite and professional. My advice: - Know that no matter where in the world you have driven, German rules are more complicated. Easy to fail - Take notes of things you forget during practice driving so you can review before exams - Be ready to take the exam many times - Maybe take screenshots of theory questions for future review in-case you have to retake theory due to permission expiration. - Don't expect any school to keep track of expiration of permissions. Be on top of that yourself.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Habe heute im ersten Anlauf meine Prüfung bestanden, vielen Dank an Quintus und auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter der Fahrschule! Wegen zwei Knochenbrüchen und einer Corona Infektion musste ich mehrmals für längere Zeit meine Ausbildung unterbrechen. Aber wenn ich wiederkam habe ich immer schnell Stunden bekommen und bin gut zurück in die Fahrpraxis gekommen. Und das obwohl es parallel zu meiner Arbeit nicht immer einfach war auf Anhieb passende Zeiten zu finden. Quintus ist ein strenger, aber sehr guter Lehrer. Wer ein Problem mit einer Lehrweise mit viel konstruktiver Kritik und wenig Lob hat und mehr positive Bestärkung braucht, sollte aber vielleicht einen der anderen Lehrer wählen. Ich kam mit diesem Umgang gut klar und bin dankbar für die gute Ausbildung, die ich hier bekommen habe!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und ein Extra an Quintus. Er wird in Zukunft, nach meiner Inneren Stimme, meiner Stimme der Vernunft, usw. als 5. Stimme bei jeder Vollbremsung und jedem Ausweichmanöver "on board" sein. Ich möchte diese Fahrschule jedem empfehlen, aber besonders den Menschen aus dem Autismus-Spektrum. Da die Theorie online geschult und in der Praxis super individuell gearbeitet wird, hatte ich als Autistin nicht nur keine Probleme, sondern auch richtig viel Spaß! Fantastische Erfahrung: Nur zu empfehlen! Ich habe im Oktober 2021 erfolgreich meine Prüfung für die Führerscheinklasse A bestanden. "shoutout" an das gesamte Team, bereits die Theoriestunden haben echt Spaß gemacht. Insbesondere danke an Susann sowie Martin für eine tolle Rundum-Organisation - ihr macht eine super Arbeit. Trotz der schwierigen Situation durch COVID-19 habt ihr alles möglich gemacht Termine zu finden und mir ebenfalls noch on-time einen Prüfungstermin zu organisieren. Mein Fahrlehrer, Matthias, ist ein echter Profi und zudem ein echt sympathischer Type! Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich trotz meiner langjährigen Fahrkenntnisse noch soviel Neues über das Motorradfahren dazu lernen kann. Nochmals vielen Dank ans gesamte Asphalt Profis Team! Fantastische Erfahrung: I had a really good experience in this driving school with the instructor Matthias (with my first instructor I personally had a bad experience but the front desk guy promptly listened to my concerns and changed instructor for me). Matthias is nice, good mood, patient and made me feel comfortable during the driving classes, always politely pointing my mistakes and teaching me the rules. I passed the exam in the first attempt. Front-desk and instructors speak good English. Totally recommend it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I did both my car and motorcycle driving licenses in this driving school (in English). Their professionalism is exemplary and justifies the price. In both cases, car and motorcycle, they could tell how many hours I needed after the first assement and it was exactly that. Both Nico and Quintus were adorable instructors and I had a lot of fun learning. They both had a big role in me obtaining my driving licenses. It was also very nice driving outside of Berlin and discovering beautiful places where I brought some friends later. No bullsh*t, it's not only about having the exam: it's about being a good and safe driver.

Ich bin sowohl mit dem Ergebnis als auch mit der Durchführung der Ausbildung vollumfänglich zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre in dieser Fahrschule ist mega nice, das Personal super freundlich, die Fahrlehrer sind professionell und kompetent. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Fahrlehrer Quintus - er ist nicht nur Meister seines Faches sondern versteht es auch dafür zu sorgen, dass der Spaß an der Fahrschule nicht zu kurz kommt. Ich hatte eine geile Zeit und habe sehr viele Dinge gelernt, die ich über die Führerscheinprüfung hinaus mitgenommen habe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fantastische Erfahrung: "Top Fahrschule, kompetente Fahrlehrer und super Maschinen." Ich habe in diesem Jahr beim Asphalt Profi Team meinen Motorradführerschein erfolgreich absolviert. In Berlin eine Fahrschule zu finden, ist einfach, aber eine Fahrschule, wo man sich wohl fühlt und auch merkt, dass diese nicht nur Geld verdienen will, sondern auch für die Fahrschüler da ist, Ihnen Mut macht und bei Fehlern hilft - nicht einfach. Doch ich habe sie gefunden! Schon der erste Kontakt war super. Ich habe bei meinem ersten Telefonat zwar leider nur den AB am Apparat gehabt, aber binnen einer Stunde wurde ich sofort zurückgerufen und mir wurden all meine Fragen beantwortet. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich vorbei kommen solle und wir alle Details vor Ort in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen. Das Gespräch war sehr freundlich, informativ und transparent. Die Fahrschule war gefunden. ☺ Ein sehr wichtiger Punkt für mich – diese Fahrschule zu nehmen - war auch, dass 2 der Fahrlehrer selber leidenschaftliche Motorradfahrer sind. Über die Theoriestunden muss ich nicht viel sagen, uns wurde der Stoff super beigebracht – und Fragen wurden beantwortet. Dann hieß es - ab auf´s Motorrad. Mein Fahrlehrer war Quintus. Er hat mich sicher durch die Fahrschule gebracht, mir hilfreich und kompetent zur Seite gestanden, mir Hilfestellungen gegeben und immer wieder Mut gemacht. Ich habe am 05.11.2019 meine Prüfung gleich beim ersten Versuch :) bestanden. Ich danke dem ganzen Team. :) Auch Levi – die es mit mir nicht immer einfach hatte – wenn es darum ging – Termine für Fahrstunden zu finden. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Quintus. :) Ich kann die Asphalt Profis nur Jedem empfehlen. Ihr werdet diese Entscheidung nicht bereuen. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich kann die Fahrschule Asphalt Profis nur empfehlen. Bei mir ist vom Anfang an alles gut und unkompliziert gelaufen. Die praktische Fahrstunden mit Quintus waren entscheidend, um heute die Prüfung bestehen und meinen ausländischen Führerschein umschreiben zu können. Ich hatte schon Erfahrung in Brasilien, aber ohne die Hilfe von Quintus (sehr kompetent und objektiv) bei mehreren Fahrstunden vorher, wäre es mir bestimmt nicht gelungen! Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin nach langer Überlegung von einer anderen Fahrschule zu den Asphalt Profis gewechselt um hier meinen Führerschein für die Klasse A abzuschließen. Alles was mir bei der anderen Fahrschule gefehlt hat habe ich bei Tom, Andre und Quintus gefunden. Professionell, realistische Einschätzungen, sehr verlässlich was Termine angeht, eine tolle Kommunikation und sehr gute Motorräder auf denen man sich sicher fühlt. Mein Fahrlehrer war Tom und es lagen wirklich Welten zwischen meiner ersten Fahrstunde und Ihm! Ich kann mir keinen besseren Fahrlehrer als Tom vorstellen und habe dank seiner ruhigen Art, tollen Tipps und im richtigen Moment auch klaren Ansagen die Prüfung beim ersten Versuch bestanden. Ich kann jedem die Asphalt Profis nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nach 35 Jährchen Autoführerschein habe ich mich als "alter Sack" nun an den Motorradführerschein (A) gemacht und bin zum großen Glück beim Team der Asphalt-Profis gelandet. Kurzweilige Theorie (soweit das bei dem Stoff möglich ist), tolle Organisation - danke Henny! - und mit Quintus einen umsichtigen, geduldigen und im richtigen Moment auch fordernden Fahrlehrer. Prüfung als "Landei" im Berliner Verkehr auf Anhieb bestanden ("hart am Wind gesegelt"). Dank der tollen Ausbildung fühle ich mich sehr gut auf die "freie Wildbahn" vorbereitet. Schon als ich das erste mal die Fahrschule betreten habe, wurde ich herzlich von Henny begrüßt und beraten. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der theoretische Unterricht war auch stets interessant, locker und trotzdem sehr lehrreich gestaltet. Die App zum lernen für zu Hause war dabei eine perfekte Ergänzung. Auch in den praktischen Fahrstunden konnte ich in kurzer Zeit sehr viel lernen. Ich habe mich immer auf die Fahrstunden mit meinem Fahrlehrer Frank gefreut, da er einem das Wissen mit seiner ruhigen und fröhlichen Art sehr gut vermitteln konnte.
