Sandrine explained every detail and approach to succeed and she was very helpful along the process regarding paperwork, so you take what is needed for every appointment. The material provided for both Theory and practical are up to date with friendly apps that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and intuitive. The Übungstunden / Fahrstunden were high quality and accurate. Each of them focused on key elements that are present and relevant on the practical test. Overall a stress-free process in every step from beginning to end.

Fantastische Erfahrung: All I can say is, the process for getting a German license while tedious and long, it is absolutely necessary to register with a driving school. I would recommend Sandrine Heiskel-Engel and the City Fahrschule Zinke - International. Sandrine gives lessons in EN, ES, FR and DE. German road signs and traffic rules are such that both the theory and the practical tests are needed in order to be driving in Germany (and the rest of Europe). These are both very beneficial in order to confidently drive in Germany.

Sandrine is a fantastic teacher - motivating and full of useful tips! The materials Sandrine provided were excellent. Her book, although in German, was easy to understand and very relatable. Reading it before and after lessons helped me transition from theory to practice effectively. She also provides apps, videos, notes, and a second booklet with English translations and a German/English vocabulary list, which is great for non-German speakers. The theory classes are offered in English and German. I joined the German class to start ASAP and I thoroughly enjoyed it despite my limited German. The classes were interactive and engaging, and Sandrine ensured I understood everything, translating when necessary. The practical lessons were so much fun! Sandrine's fun mnemonics helped me remember the rules, and she always created a relaxed atmosphere. We covered all exam areas and focused on my preferences towards the end to boost my confidence. Overall, I highly recommend Sandrine to anyone looking for a driving instructor. Her dedication, teaching methods, and supportive nature make learning to drive an enjoyable and successful experience.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am the type of person who goes for personality over the best of everything else, and yet you can expect both with City Fahrschule Zinke. I get reminded a lot for my inexperience in German regulations, and kept going as the words are kind, this is important. I would like to say, soooooo many Übung Übung Übung to do! The amount of things to do from theorie to practical, very challenging. Do everything, then you will pass with ease. Sandrine prioritize on your well being and has a good heart and does not bank on profiting and milking you dry. I know this because her rates are the same now and years ago (my partner took with her as well). Go with her recommendation, she knows you better than you know yourself (in terms of driving). She lays out all the steps clearly, her classes are precise and thorough, cover all the important aspects of driving in Germany, and she WILL make sure she hardwires you to do the blind spot checks each time you make a turn -to make you a safer driver on the road! Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe nach einem 1. Versuch in einer anderen Fahrschule den 2. Versuch bei Sandrine gestartet, meinen Führerschein zu machen. Da ich leider sehr viel Angst vor dem Autofahren hatte und schnell panisch werde, war das keine leichte Aufgabe. Aber Sandrine ist ein sehr freundlicher, verständnisvoller und erdender Mensch und hatte immer viel Geduld mit mir gehabt. Sie hat mich bei allem motiviert und unterstützt und hat mich in meinem Tempo durch die Fahrschule und Schlussendlich zum Führerschein gebracht. Auch ihr theoretischer Unterricht ist nicht langweilig! Anstatt rum zu sitzen und zuzuhören, macht sie mit der Gruppe aktive Aufgaben und bringt einen mit Spaß den theoretischen Teil bei. Negative Erfahrung: There are no working hours listed anywhere. If you call, noone answers. There is no email. I texted, got no reply. My guess is that they don't need new customers. I'd suggest to stay away. Update 1: You can see what of treatment you can expect there, based on the owner feedback. So now I don't suggest, but strongly recommend you to stay away. There are many, many driving schools out there with some very nice and friendly owners and employees.

Mein Bauchgefühl hat mir von Anfang an gesagt, dass diese Fahrschule die richtige Entscheidung ist. Sowohl der Theorieunterricht, als auch die praktischen Fahrstunden, haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Es una compañía muy agradable al manejar y hace que aprender a manejar en las carreteras alemanas no sea un proceso estresante, todo lo contrario. Negative Erfahrung: Very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service! 4 days prior to an intensive class and 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, my daughter got a WhatsApp message saying that unfortunately the appointment needs to be canceled and furthermore she cannot participate the intensive class. No reason why was given just a remark about 100% quote and working ethics. Even though my daughter asked for reasons why she couldn’t attend several times, no answer was given, just excuses concerning work ethics and a 100% quote (whatever that means!) without even meeting my daughter in person! She also asked to be called to set the matter which was only answered by further text messages not giving a specific reason why my daughter got canceled 4 days prior to taking the course. This is a really rude behavior and is far away from any work ethic. At least take the courage to call and explain why you have to cancel on such short notice! ***** 4 Tage vor dem intensiv Theoriekurs-Beginn und 2 Std vor dem ersten persönlichen Termin, wurde meiner Tochter per WhatsApp Nachricht mitgeteilt, dass der Termin aus organisatorischen Gründen abgesagt werden muss und sie am Intensivkurs aus „arbeitsmoralischen“ Gründen leider doch nicht teilnehmen kann. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen für den Grund der kurzfristigen Absage (sie hatte sich bereits Anfang Mai angemeldet) wurde auf das Einhalten einer 100% Quote und Arbeitsmoral verwiesen. In keinster Weise ist diese Argumentation nachvollziehbar, zumal bislang noch nicht einmal ein persönlicher Kontakt stattgefunden hatte. Meine Tochter bat mehrmals um ein telefonisches Gespräch leider erfolglos, stattdessen inhaltlose WhatsApp Nachrichten. Mit Kunden so umzugehen ist respektlos und entspricht absolut keiner Arbeitsmoral! Ich bin empört über diese Art und Weise des Umgangs!

Not all teachers have built-in patience especially if you are a driving instructor and are on the road teaching others how to drive, safely, but I can assure that her patience with her students is at 100%. Fantastische Erfahrung: Sandrine is an amazing instructor! She has a lot of experience, patience and tips that will help you keep in mind even the smallest details when it comes to driving. In addition, she gives you a good follow up and makes sure you go to the exam when you are well prepared. Although at times I felt that Sandrine had a very full schedule and you need quite some flexibility to get driving appointments (I don't know if it works the same in other schools), I totally recommend her! Positive Erfahrung: Very experienced, patient and calm teacher that helped me tremendously throughout the entire driving process. Both practical and theory lessons were very useful and I learned very useful tricks that will most definitely be useful for my entire life. The only minor complaint that I have is that if you are in a constraint regarding how much time you have to get your license then simply booking classes on calendly(the site Sandrine uses for practical lesson booking) will not be enough as it is common for a lot of your classes that you booked to get cancelled. Instead you need to contact her directly (either in person or via WhatsApp) to explain your situation if you want to ensure that you get your practical exam and the required lessons before a certain date. The system to get a theory test is fine as long as you are fast to respond to test dates that are available.

Ich habe mir gewünscht, in 4 Auffrischungsfahrstunden und das auf Französisch, wieder fit am Steuer zu werden. Und das hat sich gelohnt. Sandrine ist eine sehr gute Lehrerin. Sie kann sehr schnell analysieren wo die Schwäre sind und bietet sehr individuelle Übungen an. Sie gibt noch dazu kleine Hausaufgabe, die dazu helfen, die richtigen Reflexe am Steuer zu erwerben. Ich habe dazu ihr Buch gekauft, welches auch viele Tricks und Übungen enthält. Damit habe ich es geschafft, jedesmal ein Schritt weiter in die Fahrstunde zu gehen. Sandrine ist eine freundliche und positive und geduldige Person, sodass der Stress ganz schnell wegfällt. Sie spricht auch fließend Französisch. Mein Ziel wurde erreicht. Ich fahre wieder. O aplicativo para a parte teórica funciona muito bem e de fácil manuseio, mesmo meu alemão sendo fraco fomos muito bem em espanhol com bom entendimento nas explicações, recomendo muito a auto escola e tem 4 opções de língua.

Positive Erfahrung: I got my driving license from zero experience. It had been quite difficult for me. Sandrine taught in a very clear and brief way. This is very important during driving practice. Though the whole process is very long (nearly two years) due to Corona pandemic and sometimes administrative chaos (which would be very annoying for sure), but I’m still glad to learn from her. Few tips for all drivers who want to get driving license: (1). practice regularly (2). summarize timely after each practice (3). watch all the videos Sandrine had posted online (4).if your friends or partner can take you to drive along the same way after your practice course, it would be very helpful (better than only thinking at home). Hope everybody can get driving license faster and cheaper.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Fahrschule. Der gesamte Prozess von Anmeldung bis Prüfung verlief reibungslos. Sie bieten eine Vielzahl von Sprachen an die das Verständnis der Regeln erleichtern. Ich konnte alle meine Fahrstunden mit Sandrine auf Spanisch durchführen da sie sehr gut Spanisch spricht. Sandrine ist sehr professionell, super geduldig und sehr nett. Wenn anfangs etwas nicht gleich funktioniert erklärt sie dies immer mit einem Lächeln und im ruhigen Ton. On my first visit to Fahrschule Zinke, I registered with Nadia and I immediately felt very welcome and comfortable. During my first lesson already the next day, Sandrine was very calming, reassuring and patient with me. I really liked her way of teaching and her tips on feeling less stressed while driving such as: smiling. This really helped me to enjoy driving, with pleasure and confidence. With the help and advice of Sandrine, passing my practical exam felt easy.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I started my process of converting my Indian Drivers license in May 2020( in COVID19 situation). The Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the process. They even took me to the examination center for theory exam. Coming to Practical classes. Sandrine tailor her teaching method according to the student. She is very passionate about the teaching and would use catchy phrases to make lessons fun and interesting. She offers the lessons in multiple languages, that makes her driving school unique. Personally, I enjoyed the learning experience because I had a limited exposure to German roads and Sandrine made the learning quite rigorous. Fantastische Erfahrung: Liebe Sandrine, du hast es geschafft ... innerhalb kürzester Zeit hast du mich für den Alltag im Auto fit gemacht und das nachdem ich 32! Jahre nicht mehr gefahren bin... auch ohne auf mehrere Jahre Fahrpraxis zurückgreifen zu können (bin nämlich nach dem Erwerb des Führerscheins gar nicht mehr gefahren) hast du mir mit viel Ruhe, ganz klaren und schnell umsetzbaren Ansagen die nötige Sicherheit und vor allem das Selbstvertrauen vermittelt, mich ganz selbstverständlich durch den täglichen Alltagsverkehr zu bewegen. I relocated from India and one of my friends in Germany suggested City Fahrschule Zinke. The very first conversation i had with Sandrine, I explained her my situation to convert my Indian driving license to German and she guided me step by step in the right direction to get the all the documents ready easily without any hassles. She patiently answered all my questions and doubts. Then came the theory part where the app suggested by Sandrine is an excellent choice. She gave me the confidence and time to understand concepts well and cleared all my doubts well on time. The best part is the practical lessons.
