Fantastische Erfahrung: This was the best experience I have ever done and the crew there made sure everything was easy especially booking from over seas to a make the process smooth. Also all the people there were great and made sure that you were well looked after would recommend them to anyone looking to rent and drive a car round these iconic tracks. They even put me onto a hotel while I was booking. All the best to the crew and especially the instructor that took me round the first lap was incredible!

Fantastische Erfahrung: To start this review, I would like to share my appreciation for the gentleman and lady in the front office. They were lovely, professional and really welcoming to make sure we got the experience we came for. I couldnt share a higher appreciation for their service. Secondly, amongst all the rental providers we enquired with, RSR was by far the most established and professional service, happy to talk us through any concerns and make sure we had the most suitable car for our needs. They were clear about the risks involved, and made sure the appropriate level of caution was exercised resulting in a safe but memorable experience. It is clear that RSR has the largest car selection around and the level of safety checks and regular servicing to their cars cant be faulted. I wouldnt not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would only consider going back with RSR.

Negative Erfahrung: They sold me a pass for €129 to be a passenger in my friend's car when the price upon arrival at the circuit was €20. I understand that a company must make a margin on the resale of trackdays and on driver and passenger pass but we find that excessive. We will no longer use RSR for trackdays.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had a great experience using RSR. I took 6 laps with the i20N and had an amazing time driving the Nordschleife. I feel the value for experience and knowledge given was very fair. Lap ticket and fuel included in the cost removed any stress as a foreigner visiting. The debriefing video was full of very important information and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable given it was raining on my day of driving. Their facility is in an excellent location, very close by to the ring entrance. I would highly recommend RSR to anyone coming for the first time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We enjoyed the First Timer’s Package and rented two cars with two drivers each. I would recommend booking early to have a larger selection of cars to choose from. We drove around the surrounding areas in the pre-selected cars for the majority of the day with a stop for a beverage, then a buffet lunch at Hotel am Tiergarten, followed by time to walk through the Motorsport Museum. At 4:30pm our safety briefing began for driving on the Nürburgring and I HIGHLY recommend paying the extra euros to have the driving instructor as your passenger for all of your laps. It was raining a little during our track time so it gave us a lot of peace of mind. The instructors were awesome in showing you how to take each turn, let other cars pass, when you should pass, navigating the accidents on the track (you will see them—there were two the day we drove), show you how to enter the carousel section (hands down, our favorite section of the track!), where to drive to continue with your additional laps as you have to pay for each lap and it was a bit confusing because many of the safety cones were misplaced, and tell you, “You did great!” The alternative, if you fail at any of the above, is a rather hefty deductible, which is FAR MORE $$ than the instructor cost. This experience was the highlight of our trip and we are very grateful to all of the staff who interacted with us that day as safety was the #1 priority, followed by F-U-N. They were all friendly, professional and a pleasure to spend an entire day with. Thank you!

Negative Erfahrung: Al hacer el check in te explican muy cordialmente que si la pista cierra te cansas o el coche no te gusta puedes parar y gastarlo otro dia, despues de una bandera roja y que al parecer no volvia a abrir el circuito, iba a continuar el domingo con un fiesta, abren los ultimos 10 minutos y poco menos que ponerte una pistola en la cabeza para que lo gastes o lo pierdes, con todo ya recogido, el coche camara, pasajero y demas. Por desgracia MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA PONER MUCHA ATENCION A LAS CONDICIONES Y luego te dicen que no hay hoja de reclamaciones, cosa que dudo Beim Einchecken wird einem sehr freundlich erklärt, dass man, wenn die Strecke geschlossen ist, man müde wird oder das Auto nicht gefällt, anhalten und einen anderen Tag fahren kann, nach einer roten Flagge und dass die Rennstrecke offenbar nicht wieder geöffnet wird Am Sonntag sollte es mit einer Party weitergehen, sie eröffnen die letzten 10 Minuten und halten einem kaum eine Waffe an den Kopf, damit man sie ausgeben oder verlieren kann, mit allem, was bereits eingesammelt ist, dem Kamerawagen, dem Beifahrer und anderen . Leider SEHR SCHLECHTE ERFAHRUNG Achten Sie genau auf die Bedingungen Und dann sagen sie Ihnen, dass es kein Antragsformular gibt, was ich bezweifle

Fantastische Erfahrung: First time at the Ring, and my experience with RSR was fantastic. The employees are quite accommodating and the car worked as wonderfully as I hoped it would. I appreciate them letting us finish our last 4 laps of a 10 lap package the next day as our first day had multiple track shut downs and was quite crowded. Will definitely be using RSR again when I someday return to the Ring. Also, my instructor Martin was quite patient with my sloppy driving on lap 1, and ultimately really helped me find a rhythm on lap 2. I definitely recommend getting an instructor for a few laps if you can. Their knowledge of the track is essential for both your safety and enjoyment.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My husband and I flew all the way from Australia and shared 10 laps on the Nurburgring today - we hired a Fiesta ST and had the absolute BEST time. The instructor who came with us for a lap each was super helpful and encouraging and made sure we felt safe. I drive an FK8 at home so the Fiesta was a little slower and less grippy but on such a challenging track it was perfect for a beginner. I can't stress enough how much fun we had, it's been the absolute highlight of our honeymoon so far. Thank you!

Positive Erfahrung: We booked a taxi ride at the Nurburgring with RSR. The ride itself was great, amazing feel to be in the car at tha speed. Two watchouts: For taxi rides, RSRs rides are actually delivered by Ring Taxi, which charges less per ride (50 Euros for our model) when booked direct. Weather can affect your scheduled time. Our rides ended up being almost 4 hours after we arrived due to rain and we had to miss an event because of this delay.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was on a trip and called RSR for any last minute availability for some ring time. Serxio looked into any possibilities and options. A day later I was on the schedule for a track day! I rented a Cayman GTS but it ended up raining so I used their Fiesta ST. All of the cars are prepped and in good working order. Turned 15 laps with almost no traffic (1-3 cars). Highly recommend RSR and an instructor for unforgettable experience on the ring.

Fantastische Erfahrung: July 2023 Exceptional service for those intending to experience the Nurburgring experience. Highly advisable to do the 1 day Starter Package which RSR provides the full day experience with a convoy self-drive, lunch, visit to the Nurburgring Museum and to cap the end of the day with a 'Ring Taxi ride or a self-drive with a car of choice. Will definitely return for a 2nd experience. The RSR team is conversant in English, no issues for English speaking customers.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Visit date 5/10/2023. I'm from Dallas, came to visit family in Wiesbaden and have always wanted to run the Nurburgring. So we went. Instructors, cars, pricing and overall experience was fantastic! RSR is a top notch operation. Tons of cars to choose from and all seem to be maintained properly. It had rained all the way up to actually getting on the track so the first lap was a bit tricky for a newbie. However, the track dried up on following laps and I was able to let loose a bit. Had a blast! One more thing checked off the bucket list. Will return to the track and I will most definitely come back to RSR. Thanks to the entire team at RSR for making this a memorable visit.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We had a nice experience last Sunday. First time at Nürburgring, rented a Clio with my friend. Awesome little car, maybe except the weird automatic gearbox. Experience with RSR was very smooth, friendly folks, nice offices, it was good to chill a bit. Briefing was great, and well received since we were both complete new to this kind of experience. It's a lot of information and easy to get a bit overloaded, I forgot half of the specifics out of the door and maybe 3/4 while driving due to nerves and being task saturated of course. Terry was our instructor and his calm and professionalism was important for being safe, and avoid being too overwhelmed with the experience. RSR and Terry were an excellent start. I'm afraid I'm planning to go back, hope it'll pass (or I win the lottery so it's not a problem). Pay attention to the briefing and to the excess you may have to pay a worst case scenario. Hire an instructor, it's worth it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: RSR is the highest quality of track rental company you will find at the Nurburgring. From the most expensive 992 GT3RS to a Ford Fiesta they rent out everything and anything. Their driving instructors are top notch and customer service is brilliant. They charge a bit more than other competitors but there is a reason for that. Their customer service is incredible. Especially Francesco at the front desk, he was a very helpful and hardworking individual who took care of our problems throughout the weekend. Constantly checking in even though he didn’t need to. Throughout the three days there I rented the Hyundai i20n, i30n, Golf GTI (2dr), and Bmw m240i. The i20N was bulletproof, the most enjoyable and the most worth € for value wise. The car was fully stock but it was so good— through the slow speed I kept up with BMW M3s and Caymans. The i30N was also as good but after 2 fast laps the brakes suffered some cooling issues and became soft for the next 4 laps. The tires were on the end of their life cycle— after a long weekend for this car from the previous clients. We told one of the workers and they dropped the tire pressures from 3 bar to 2.2 bar and it made a massive difference. The Golf GTI was incredibly easy and safe, perfect for a new driver. Very well balanced and not that fast. You just focus of carrying speed and keeping the momentum up. The BMW m240i was not the one for me and my mate. It was inherently very soft, from the suspension through the high speed stuff, to soft brakes compared to the hyundais, to the soft tire side wall in the many highspeed demanding corners. If you are a confident driver with track experience I suggest rent one of their modified cars with KW suspension setup as it’ll make it much more pleasurable. Overall, I spent way more money than I expected at RSR because it was like a disneyland for adults. I was only supposed to go for a day and I kept going back until the track was closed. Thank you RSR for a great time, the track was unbelievable.

Our instructor gave me enough guidance and feedback that I felt confident to push harder than I would have ever done without him, but the safety briefings made sure that we were well aware of what a serious event it was. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ha estado increíble. Nos atendió Sergio, un chico de Galicia muy simpático que dejó el Ribeiro y las empanadas de xoubas por la gasolina y la goma quemada. Y nuestro copiloto fue un chico de Perú que te hace sentir como Tom Cruise en Days of Thunder pero sin la parte de mandarte al hospital con un traumatismo craneoencefálico. Se sabe el circuito como si hubiera pasado media vida recorriéndolo en el Gran Turismo y la otra media yendo a coger el pan cada día tras una vuelta al circuito. Al grito de “gas, gas, gas” te sientes como Nikki Lauda pero sin oreja a la plancha. Creo que mientras yo conducía sin poder mirar el cuentakilómetros del miedo, el iba haciendo un cubo de Rubik, un sudoku y una bufanda de calceta para su perro Bullit que también conduce. Volveremos y esta vez queremos 8 vueltas en un aparato más serio al grito de “gas, gas, gas”.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Los recomiendo al 100%, nos atendieron de lujo ya con las reservas antes de ir dándonos todo tipo de explicaciones y facilidades. Y una vez allí lo mismo, todo perfecto. Negative Erfahrung: Flew a long way and paid a lot of money to feel unwelcome. I was confronted by an angry person in the parking lot. The front desk staff made me feel like a problem. I'm writing this days later and I'm still really upset. This was a big birthday present from my wife and I was really excited about it. They gave me a voucher but obviously that doesn't do me any good since I live overseas.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Amazing experience with RSR. Rented a Golf R, with instruction on a private track day event. They did an amazing job communicating with me in the leadup, and when COVID screwed up my original booking they were excellent about crediting my account and rebooking me. My instructor (Kevin) was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, clear. The car was in excellent shape and ready for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use RSR again and again.

The Taxi Lap in the M5CS was perfect for our whole family with a thrilling joyride (video included) The first timer package and tour was also so interesting and you get to see and learn more about the track from all different places. The Golf R and M240 Xdrive were awesome on the Ring and 4 laps was perfect. Kostos is an amazing instructor.

Fantastische Erfahrung: If you are considering visiting The Nürburgring then this is THE place to rent your car. I wish I could give more than five stars! As a motorsport enthusiast I have wanted to drive the Nordschleife for some time; my wife booked this for me as a present and is not as passionate about cars as myself. From the very initial enquiry and throughout the entire booking process they were able to provide guidance on what would be the best experience for me in a friendly and non condescending manner without any upsell. When it came to me booking the dates nothing was too much hassle and all communication was very responsive. After the amazing customer service I had received during booking my expectations were quite high and whilst I have been on many track days in the UK I was of course nervous about what was ahead of me....the team here completely put my mind at ease. All information was clearly provided and everything about the car was as promised. I honestly cannot praise RSR enough.

J’ai loué une Honda civic type R et pour démarrer sur se circuit mythique je vous la recommande vraiment ! Très bonne tenue de route la voiture était équipée de Michelin pilotes sport et 270ch qui suffit largement pour débuter. Fantastische Erfahrung: Muy buen lugar para iniciar la exploración de la pista. Autos de primer nivel. No volvería a tomar el paquete para principiantes (First Time packing) creo que puedes visitar por fuera la pista y ver las instalaciones por tu propia cuenta. El arriendo de auto de la mañana no guarda ninguna relación con el servicio prestado. Luego el ingreso a la pista, en mi caso en la tarde a lo que se llama ingreso de turistas se justifica. Si van dos personas que no conocen la pista y van a usar el mismo auto, sugiero no contestar más de 5 vueltas ya que las vueltas con el instructor tomas más tiempo dado que el auto BMW M2 RSR solo tiene dos asientos por tanto al segundo usuario hay que ir a buscarlo a las instalaciones de RSR ya que el segundo asiento lo usa el instructor y eso hace perder mucho tiempo.

The vibe of RSR put me at ease: super detailed/useful safety briefing, zero upswell pressure, and a common vibe that the people working there love what they do. I purchased the co-pilot package for the Nürburgring and I think it is absolutely essential if you're new to the ring. It gave me the confidence to drive much faster than if I'd had to do it alone, and honestly it was just way more fun to share the drive with an expert. Finally, if you are a newcomer like I was, I think there is much more value in renting a cheaper car and driving more laps. I had the Renault Clio suped-up version and it had greater acceleration and traction than I expected or could fully take advantage of. One of the best aspects of the whole NBR experience is the exceptional customer service from RSRNurburg. They are friendly and inviting and make it their priority that you have a great time. I will be back again and have no interest renting from anyone/anywhere else. A+++ End of the day update: Track closure beyond their control. Went the extra mile to take care of me to ensure I return. Positive Erfahrung: Nice Cars to drive the Nordschleife. Only minus point is that tyres and/or brakes are not always modified and you need to wait and cool them down every 2 laps to 3 laps, where Ringfreaks and Apex's (M4 at least) don't need this waiting time. M3 went a little bit better 2nd half of the trackday.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Outstanding ring garage. They have a huge selection of cars for the track that you can rent. Their beginner dealbwas excellent. Nice selection of cars for a road tour of the area around the ring. Great instructors for the track and free bar for after your track laps. For two people it's an incredible value and definitely worth a visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. An overall amazing experience

Fantastische Erfahrung: Second time here. Fantastic service, nice staff, and fun times. Offers different packages with road trips as well as just laps on the Nürburgring. They take advantage in a large carpark with a lot of variety, and that has proven valuable at both visits. The first time we were here the cars were rented were not fitted with tires that was suitable for rain. RSR takes safety very seriously, and gave us similar cars which was better for the conditions. The second time a mix-up had happened and one of our cars had been changed without notice. A little unhappy with the replacement car, I proposed that I take the car I drive the first time I was there. In the matter of minutes that car was ready. Excellent service. RSR also do a safety briefing before you get the car (safety first), and in addition to being useful, I also feel safe that they are serious and responsible company.

Managed by a friendly team of race instructors, mechanics, and administrators. Their HQ has a very comfortable lounge area serving Free Coffee & water, simulator, massage chair, and clean toilets. highly recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: What a fantastic experience this was! We did a track day with an instructor throughout, Leo and Patrick were great instructors and really helped us out with improving our driving styles to concur the ring! We did it in our daily driving car (4 series) and had a brilliant time! RSR Nürburg were extremely accommodating and friendly, we had arrived late due to plane delays and they did us our own safety briefing when we arrived and quickly got onto the track. They were calm throughout and gave positive feedback after each lap to apply to the next. We really look forward to going back and driving the ring again and using RSR Nürburg to further help us improve our race day driving!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Had a great experience renting from RSR Nürburg after emailing them earlier the same day regarding rental availability. Everyone spoke fluent English, including my on-board instructor. The sign-in process, briefing, and car selection was absolutely perfect. Prices are reasonable for rentals, but deductibles are high. I would not choose anything faster than 200hp to the crank with no track experience, and the team will suggest the same thing. The instructor was well worth the €50. You can tell that everyone working there is a genuine enthusiast, with your safety in mind. Drinks are 1€ for canned pop, 2€ for alcoholic. Free wifi is fast, and there is a comfortable seating area. Apparel and stickers sold here, cheaper than at the gas station
