Negative Erfahrung: Zwei Tage lang habe ich versucht anzurufen – niemand geht ans Telefon. Beim persönlichen Besuch reagiert niemand auf das Klingeln an der Gegensprechanlage und die Tür wird nicht geöffnet.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Little about my story I did not have any driving experience before I join Richard for my driving classes and he started from absolutely basics and we covered all the aspects of driving and honestly speaking it couldn’t be better than him. He speaks really good English and I absolutely recommend people here. But sidenote, people have to also be patient as he lose some time patience when student is making continuous mistakes. But at the end, I crack my driving license at first attempt, and it was really wonderful.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I got my license at Fahrschule Helfrich Richard and had a great experience. There’s only one instructor, and he’s genuinely very good at what he does. He’s friendly, funny, and makes you feel comfortable from the start. Of course, he gets serious once or twice when you make mistakes—but that’s only to help you improve and bring out your best. You can tell he really cares about his students succeeding. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared to other driving schools in the area, which is definitely a plus. Fantastische Erfahrung: The best driving instructor in whole Germany I'd say, or in the whole wide world. Mr. Helfrich is very very very professional, patient, calm and understanding person. I was very scared of driving in the beginning but how Mr. Helfrich taught me with so much patience and politeness I think nobody else can. He not only taught me driving but also taught me how to be safe on the road and how to keep others safe as well ;) He speaks very fluent and good English. He gives clear instructions. He conducts all the theory classes himself and explains well. I was surprised that he knew about my progress of theory test preparation which shows only a good teacher can do. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe mit 18 Jahren meinen Führerschein beim Herrn Helfrich gemacht und muss wirklich sagen, ich war mehr als positiv überrascht. Am Anfang war ich ziemlich unsicher aber die Unsicherheit wurde mir schnell durch die ruhige und trotzdem professionelle Art vom Herrn Helfrich genommen. Zudem hab ich nebenbei mitbekommen, dass er auch internationale Kunden mit fließendem Englisch betreut.
