Negative Erfahrung: Sehr schlechte Schule

Negative Erfahrung: Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Fahrschule. Das Lernen war dort alles andere als gut. Die Lehrer sollten dringend lernen, höflicher im Umgang mit den Kunden zu sein. Das Verhalten war unprofessionell und unangemessen. Diese Fahrschule verdient nicht einmal einen Stern.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe mich aus der Not an dieser Schule angemeldet, weil ich dachte, dass es diese Fahrschule nur für Behinderte gibt. "Der Direktor dieser Schule zusammen mit seiner Schwester und auch seiner Tochter sind eine Gruppe", die versucht, so viel Geld von Ihnen zu bekommen wie eine Autofabrik. Behinderte Menschen mit stark abgenutzten Autos ausbilden, viel Geld nehmen und dem Auszubildenden auch die Zeit vor und während der Ausbildung stehlen. Als Schüler, der bereits einen Führerschein hatte und zufällig ein guter Fahrer war, musste ich 20 Trainingseinheiten an dieser Schule absolvieren. Ich habe bisher fünf Behindertenschulen in Berlin gefunden, von denen ich denke, dass es leicht ist, diese Schule für immer zu vergessen. Schonen Sie Geldbeutel, Zeit und Nerven.

Negative Erfahrung: If I could put score in minus - I would gladly do that! Unprofessional/impolite stuff, no understanding of the circumstances, constantly late teacher and earlier ending (Jelmer Mourik). Pressure (including unnecessary inappropriate comments), impatience, almost made me hate driving. Waste of money and time - extremely poor experience, no progress whatsoever, only you need more classes which means more money to then (I already have driving license and expected a few hours to refresh). Had to switch the school. I want my money back. I would highly recommend using any other schools around.

Negative Erfahrung: Wir können diese Fahrschule leider nicht empfehlen. Der Führerschein meines Sohnes hat hier 4000 Euro gekostet und das bei bestandenen Prüfungen beim ersten Mal. Er hatte zu Beginn einen Fahrlehrer (Norbert) der ihn permanent auf cholerische Art angemeckert hat, so dass es ihm noch schwerer fiel das Fahren zu lernen. Mit 18 ist man noch nicht wirklich erwachsen und daher hab ich mich als Mutter eingebracht. Die Fahrstunden sind sehr kostenintensiv und solche Lernmethoden, wie vielleicht vor 20 Jahren bei Azubis auf dem Bau sind an dieser Stelle nicht angemessen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der GF in Bezug auf einen Fahrlehrerwechsel war nicht leicht ... und die Kosten stiegen und stiegen. Er bekam dann den hier zu recht viel gelobten Jelmer Mourik als Fahrlehrer und hat dann relativ schnell das Fahren lernen können. Wir hatten mit Max. 3000 Euro für den Führerschein gerechnet (die Fahrschule selbst hat uns zu Beginn 2.500 Euro genannt) und haben nun quasi 1000 Euro an diese Fahrschule verschenkt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great experience from start to finish. Very polite and understanding office staff despite my poor German! If you're looking for English driving lessons here in Berlin, I highly recommend asking for Jelmer Mourik, he is extremely patient and a great instructor.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I converted my foreign licence to a german one with this school, my instructor was Jelmer Mourik and I totally recommend him! I was approved after the first try. He was very helpful and managed to prepare me for the exam in a short period of time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Fahrschule Der Theorieunterricht ist unterhaltsam und informativ. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfreich und alles hat von der Organisation her gut funktioniert. Mein Fahrlehrer Jelmer Mourik hat mir alles, sowohl in der Theorie als auch Praxis sehr gut beigebracht und ist ein guter Fahrlehrer mit dem es Spaß macht das Autofahren zu lernen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Can only recommend this school. Went there to prepare for a practical exam to convert my foreign license to a german one. I passed the exam on the first try, thanks to sound advice, and lots of patience from my instructor, Jelmer Mourik. He gave a ton of hints and we went through all the tricky situations that might arise during the exam. It only took a few driving sessions to fully prepare, which is perfect for someone with a busy schedule. After seeing the school's website, I was a bit skeptical but had quite a smooth experience with them in the end. Worth mentioning that they speak both German and English and are quite customer-oriented.

Positive Erfahrung: Heute Prüfung bestanden gleich beim ersten Durchgang. Ich habe leider aus persönlichen Gründen etwas länger gebraucht, die Fahrschule hatte Geduld trotz der Pandemie haben Sie alles gut gemeistert, leider musste ich ein Punkt abziehen, weil ich ein Fahrlehrer wechsel hatte und dadurch etwas länger für meine Fahrten gebraucht habe. Neues Auto andere Bedienung neuer Fahrlerer, ich habe mich richtig verloren gefühlt. Ich Danke meinem Fahrlehrer Jelmer Mourik für seine Geduld mit mir, er ist ein strenger Fahrlehrer der dir alles perfekt bis zum Detail beibringt. Das ist auch gut so .Ich hatte durch den Wechsel sehr viele Probleme und bin unsicher gefahren, bis Jelmer mir die Angst nahm und ich nicht mehr so verkrampft am Steuer saß. Danke auch an die Damen beim Empfang die immer sehr nett und freundlich waren. Ich Danke euch allen nochmals und wünsche euch alles gute im weiteren ☘️. Fantastische Erfahrung: it was really a good experience, Jelmer is more than just a trainer to get your license, he trains you how to drive in so many different situations, he is very patient, and has the passion to give you all the knowledge you need to be a good driver and as a result to pass the test, simply he loves his job. also Ms. Laura Thormann was super helpful and supportive in all the administrative procedures from day 0 till you get your license, very friendly and good English speaker, although how complicated the procedures are but she is also very patient to explain and gives so much effort to get you the best and the right way to achieve it. they are a great team loved the experience and highly recommend it

Fantastische Erfahrung: I took practical lessons to transfer my foreign driving license with the school. Overall, it was a smooth experience. Everybody at the school is very friendly. It was nice to have an option to drive with an English-speaking instructor, as my German is not great. Jelmer Mourik calmly taught me everything I needed to drive safely in Berlin and I had no issues passing the exam.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Diese Fahrschule ist wirklich super. Habe heute bestanden. Beim ersten Versuch!!! Jelmer, mein Fahrlehrer, hat mit Geduld, Kompetenz, Fachkenntnis und einem mega menschlichen Umgang mir die Theorie beigebracht und mich durch die Fahrstunden geführt. In klasse Zusammenarbeit mit der lieben Laura, die in allen Belangen des Ablaufs, der Abrechnung und Organisation meine Ansprechpartnerin war habe ich mich mega aufgehoben gefühlt und empfehle diese Fahrschule aus voller Überzeugung weiter!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Update 02.10.2021: Heute hat mein Bruder ebenfalls die Prüfung im ersten Anlauf bestanden. Auch von ihm ein "dickes Dankeschön" an Jelmer Mourik. 19:07.2021: Ich habe gerade meinen praktische Fahrprüfung beim ersten Mal bestanden. Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Fahrschule und kann jedem guten Gewissens diese weiterempfehlen. Vor allem vielen Dank, an meinen Fahrlehrer Jelmer Mourik, er hat mich hervorragend vorbereitet und begleitet.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very happy with my experience at this driving school. The school is very professional with a team that is very attentive to the needs of the students. Laura Thormann - who works at the reception - is very careful and knows all the bureaucratic steps to get the driver license. I don't speak German and with Laura's support I didn't have any problems solving all the steps until the final exam. Ask for the instructor Jelmer Mourik, he is an excellent instructor, very experienced and his teaching methods are valuable. He speaks super good English and is super patient. There is no reason to be nervous in the final test if you have him as a teacher. He gives you all the tips, knows the city routes very well and gives you the preparation you need to pass the tests. Passed my driving test on the very first try! I definitely recommend the school!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Passed my driving test yesterday on the very first try !! Very happy with my experience at this driving school. I don't speak german and looked around a lot of schools before deciding to go with this one, and i am very glad i did. They always accommodated my zero german language skill and spoke to me in English. My driving instructor was Jelmer (do ask for him if you go there) and i can't recommend him enough, he speaks good english and was very patient and accommodating with my schedule; his tips and teaching method is amazing and made me very comfortable very quickly. Thank you Jelmer and the Team !
