Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch Heike im Büro, die einfach überragend ist und immer freundlich weiterhilft. Ich habe meine praktische Prüfung bereits nach ein paar Monaten bekommen. Fantastische Erfahrung: I was looking for specifically for an English speaking driving school. And I decided to go at Fahrschule Aktiv, my first interaction was with Heike the lady that makes the entire thing run (the heart of the Fahrschule). She is really cheerful, positive and is always ready to help and deal with scheduling changes etc. My instructor was Rawee, who speaks really good English and taught me a lot, he never yelled and was always calm and telling me to be calm as well. He has a lot of attention to detail (that is how you learn to park perfectly :D) and is quite strict with mistakes and safety on the road, so if you really want to learn how to drive properly and safely I would definitely recommend going for Fahrschule Aktiv and specifically Rawee. Thank you to Heike, Rawee and Sule (I had my theory with her) for making my Fuhrerschein possible.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Amazing Fahrschule! Everybody is extremely friendly. If you are looking for an English speaking driving school in Berlin, that's the place. Both my instructor, Rawee, and the assistant, Heike can speak English. But if you also want to practice your German, as I did, they are very patient as well and support you in the way, which helps in the final driving exam. I can only recommend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Fahrschule Aktiv. Although waiting times for English practical lessons can be long, Heike at reception works and cares too much to let anyone fall through the cracks. Rawee was a great instructor who also felt like a good friend by the end of the process. Although the school only offers two English-speaking instructors, they're clearly passionate about their work and their students. At times, especially in theoretical lessons, concepts could occasionally be confusing in translation, but at least the process was efficient and accessible - they offer two theoretical lessons in English per week. I didn't compare prices when I was initially considering driving schools, but I have heard from other students that Fahrschule Aktiv is one of the most affordable schools in Berlin. I met someone who lives near Bergmannkiez but travels to Reinickendorf just to attend Fahrschule Aktiv for this reason. Communication was sometimes a struggle. Everything is done on paper or over the phone. I occasionally had the feeling that my requests were getting lost or forgotten, but ultimately everything worked out fine. It's clear that the school relies heavily on the sole receptionist, Heike, who does the job of ten humans at once. When she's on vacation or ill, communication often suffers. If I could make any recommendation for improvement to the owners, it would be to clone Heike or develop a smoother communication process so that people can fill in for her when necessary. Ultimately, I loved my time at Fahrschule Aktiv and I'll be forever grateful to Heike and Rawee in particular. I can't thank them enough for their flexibility and reassurances, and I would strongly recommend the school to anyone looking for the right place to learn to drive in Berlin.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I researched extensively before joining an English-speaking driving school in Berlin, and I am so happy I chose Fahrschule Aktiv in the end. From the moment I first entered the school and interacted with Heike, I knew this was the right place for me. Heike is such a cheerful and helpful person that you’ll never feel stressed during the administrative process. She is one of the best administrators I’ve met in Berlin. Even when I made a few silly mistakes, I never saw him get frustrated. He prepared me so well for the exam that it felt like just another driving lesson, and I passed on the first try. I can’t recommend this school enough. Heike and Rawee never suggested more classes than necessary, which is such a rare quality in the driving school industry here in Berlin. The entire process of getting my driving license was smooth and hassle-free.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Having passed the practical driving exam today on my first try, I highly recommend Fahrschule Aktiv, especially as an English-speaking driving school. I took about 9 double lessons, including 2 lessons before the exam. Everything went quite smoothly. Special thanks to Rawee, my driving instructor, who made everything possible. Almost everything was covered during my lessons, and the best part was driving the same roads as the exam multiple times, making me very familiar with the route. The only drawback is the long waiting times for lessons and exams. In general, it took me almost 6 months to complete everything since the day I passed the theory exam. I suggest visiting the driving school and having a chat, even if you are undecided about choosing Fahrschule Aktiv. The receptionist is very caring and treats everyone with the utmost respect.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe bei dieser Fahrschule meinen Führerschein gemacht, ich war vorher bei 3 anderen und bin unendlich froh die Fahrschule aktiv auf eine Empfehlung gefunden zu haben. Das Team ist super kompetent und freundlich. Mit viel Geduld und Liebe hat mich Fahrlehrer Faruk auf dem Weg begleitet und mir die Angst vor dem Verkehr genommen. Die Sekretärin Heike hat sich stets bemüht um die Termine um alles für mich passend zu machen da ich viel arbeite in Schichten, ich würde mich immer wieder für diese Fahrschule entscheiden :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Brilliant experience in getting a Klasse-A license, after switching from one of the big boys in the area. They made me wait a year with no exam date, but Aktiv got me classes and an exam in a month-ish. Today, having passed my exam, I must give credit to my instructor, Sule. She’s genuine, very accommodating and a superb instructor. Also huge shoutout to Heike in the office who seamlessly manages scheduling. Nothing but kind words for this business.

First impression: I would say from the day one of my enquiry words with Ms.Heike i was so confident on this driving school. A very positive vibe that you may get in any other driving school. My Instructor : It took some time to start my class as I was looking for English tutor and Sule was assigned to me as Tutor. I would happily say that i was assigned in a safe hands and she has made sure that i can drive confidently when i have to start driving alone. Price: As any other student, I was also worried about money. It is not cheap but like any other driving school the per class price/ registration and associated cost are fair. Personal Experience : I have driven in my home country for more than 8 years. Even then, i had to spending some good amount of money to understand the rules, getting ready for a mindset to drive from left side of the car , rules under various situations and a lot more. To prepare a driver who need to manoeuvre alone needs to understand these and it may not come in an easy route. It is painful as well as costly. But in short words, Aktiv have excelled in this☺️☺️. Fantastische Erfahrung: I got my drivers license last week and can't thank the team at Fahrschule Aktiv enough for getting me through the process. All the credit goes to my instructor Sule who made sure that I did everything correct and being very thorough with all the rules. She also explained me everything and pointed out the mistakes I made which helped me gain the confidence and eventually my drivers license. I can't do much than recommend the wonderful team for other English speakers in Berlin to get their license. Fantastische Erfahrung: I Just passed my license on my first attempt!! So happy and I could not have done it without this school. To begin with, Heike at the front desk is so nice and really catered to my needs, she made the whole process very understandable too. The theory classes they give are in perfect english and very informative, the lessons are engaging and you can ask questions if you don't understand something with no pressure. Last but not least, I have to say a big thank you to my instructor Ravi, this guy is the real deal and he knows what he is doing. He's very vocal with feedback, so after each lesson you know exactly what went well and also what you need to work on. On top of all this he knows the exam routes very well and being familiar with the streets really helps on the day of the exam. If google allowed more stars I would give it a 10/5. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich kann mir keine bessere Fahrschule vorstellen. Das gesammte Team ist super freundlich. Es wird sich für jeden Zeit gelassen und alles in ruhe erklärt. Heike at the office is the sweetest person, always making sure next steps are clear and promptly answering any questions through Whatsapp or in person. She is always thinking about the students and planning ahead based on their needs - I had nothing to worry about. Sule was my instructor and she doesn't miss anything! Her knowledge and attention to detail really made me learn fast and build confidence for the practical exam. She also sent me all the necessary material and gave a lot of useful tips while driving. Fantastische Erfahrung: I enrolled with Farchule Aktiv from a friend’s recommendation. My first encounter was with Heike and she was really accommodating and was answering every question I had about the process, I was sold at the first encounter! The school will really enable you to push yourself and finish the right steps before you proceed so you will not be able to book the practical without finishing the theory exams. My instructors were Sule and Rawee. They were speaking English well and they taught me a lot of the practical applications of driving in Germany and to always have good foresight especially on the Berlin traffic signages (which can be a handful really!). I took the test with Rawee at Dekra and he really helped to relax me and not to be intimidated by the test. During the test everything went well and I got my license on the first practical test. Farschule Aktiv ensured I had enough confidence and preparation beide the exam.I highly recommend this school but the student will also need to do their own contribution of studying & practicing. Passing on my first attempt is proof of his great work. Heike, the secretary, is also incredible at her job. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich möchte mich beim gesamten Team der Fahrschule Aktiv bedanken. Von der Anmeldung bis zur Prüfung wurde alles super organisiert. Absprachen haben einfach über WhatsApp geklappt, aber auch telefonisch hab ich immer jemanden erreicht. Ich wurde super durch meine Stunden geführt. Bei Fehlern während der Ausbildung wurde mir ruhig erklärt was ich falsch gemacht habe. Somit war es für mich einfacher die neu gelernten Sachen umzusetzen. Generell ist der Umgang dort mit einem sehr freundschaftlich. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen dort die Ausbildung zu machen.

Even if you make the same mistake multiple times, Sule never shouts at her students, she takes the time to explain the mistake that you are making it. Sule does a very personalized lesson, trying to understand the needs of the student and identifying where you are making mistakes. This is very good because each lesson felt that it was custom-made for me. Additionally, Sule speaks fluent English, so I was able to do all the lessons plus the practical driving test in English. Heike at the front desk was very knowledgeable and able to guide me through the process. Once signed up you will get a Whatsapp number to connect to and can ask any questions! Sule my driving instructor was amazing. I previously had 10 years of driving in the US under my belt, but I really needed her expert guidance on how the streets work in Europe/Berlin. Sule speaks perfect english and knows all traffic laws. She has memorized all of the speed zones, typical test routes, etc in Berlin so she can really well prepare you for the test! Fantastische Erfahrung: Beste Fahrschule. Theorie wird von Sule leicht verständlich erklärt & mit der App kann man auch gleich die Theorieprüfung üben. Faruk als Lehrer sehr entspannt und ehrlich, redet nicht lange drum herum (wenn du einen Fehler machst, wirst du merken, dass du einen gemacht hast. Dafür passiert er dir aber auch nicht nochmal ... meistens ^^). Die Fahrstunden haben immer sehr viel Spass gemacht mit ihm. Heike ist so eine gute Sekretärin und einfach nur eine tolle Persönlichkeit. Organisatorisch ist sie mir sehr entgegengekommen und hat mich immer mit einem netten Lächeln begrüsst. Ich hatte eigentlich gar keine Lust auf einen Führerschein (musste aber beruflich sein) und bei euch hat mich das so sehr motiviert, dass ich jetzt sogar gerne Auto fahre. Sule is the kindest, most patient (and funniest!) driving instructor, with lots of knowledge and great tips. Coming from a small town, I was a bit skeptical of my ability to handle Berlin’s traffic, but since the moment I stepped foot in the instructor’s car, I immediately felt in good hands. Thanks to Sule, not only did I acquire the necessary driving skills to pass my exam, I also learned to conquer my insecurities and become confident in driving through Berlin’s complex traffic. And mostly, she made me really love the whole experience of driving, which I think is a very important skill to have as a driving instructor. The whole administration process was also seamless, thanks to Heike, who works in the office. Heike is always cheerful and kind, and I really appreciated her support and flexibility when it came to scheduling my classes.
